Duchaj, owner, is an award winning chef with over 15 years experience.
His career has been inspired by a wide variety of culinary interests
including French, Asian, and Mediterranean. His eclectic style
of cooking earned him recognition and awards from associations
including the James Beard Foundation in New York City, Food and
Wine, and Bon Appetit.
